How to Use
Spray 2-4 pumps into hands and massage onto clean skin - legs, feet, abdomen, neck or shoulders. Massage in gently. A mild tingling sensation is normal and shows the magnesium is absorbing. For sleep, apply 30 minutes before bed. For muscle relief, apply directly to the affected area.
Tip: Rinse off after 20–30 minutes if tingling is uncomfortable, especially for sensitive skin. Or applying with a natural moisturiser or coconut oil.
