Stacey Ann

Founder of Restore and Reconnect

Starting as a Massage Therapist 12 years ago, Stacey has since explored and trained in Meditation, Holistic Counselling, completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as Reiki (Level 2) and Energy Medicine - Quantum Healing.

These experiences have shaped the way she works, giving her a deeper understanding of the body and allowing her to support clients on more than just a physical level.

Her specialty is guiding the nervous system into a deeply relaxed state, helping you feel grounded in your body and opening from within.

It’s ideal for getting out of your head, softening rigidity, and easing stress, anxiety, and built-up tension.

Her style of massage is unique. Both firm and flowing, intuitively guided by your body and what it needs in the moment.

Claire Grace

Claire is a holistic Massage Therapist who has been gathering wisdom and experience in the healing arts for over 12 years.

She has combined her knowledge of Remedial Massage, Shiatsu and Reiki to create her signature style with a focus on realigning both the physical and energetic body.


Whilst calming the mind with nurturing touch and restoring the muscles with deep tissue massage, Claire allows herself to become a clear channel for the highest frequencies to flow through.

What is the easiest way to book?

We are currently updating our booking system.

At this time, please send a txt msg to Stacey 0401 766 262 to arrange an appointment.

Do you have mobile massage services?

Mobile massage is available within 30 minute radius of Smithfield 2164 and Berkeley Vale 2261.

Please note, mobile massage does incur the additional charge to accommodate travel time and fuel costs.

If you would like to request booking outside of these areas, please contact us directly. We would be happy to try and accommodate where possible.

How can I prepare for my massage appointment?

We suggest trying to limit caffeine intake prior to your appointment to allow full relaxation for your treatment. Dress in comfortable clothes and trying to stay hydrated before your treatment. Please also advise if you are on any medications, have any allergies, previous injuries or recent surgeries. Don't worry if you forget, we will double check with you before your session.

What can I expect in my treatment?

To relax, soften and unwind. We are professional therapists with years of experience. Our massages are tailored to you and your bodies needs. We don't believe in the "no pain, no gain" belief. We do believe in allowing the body to gradully unwind and coming back to balance with a nurturing firm touch. You expect the mind to slow down and the body to feel open and increased mobility.

What about after my treatment?

As you soften, the body becomes more relaxed, allowing us to go deeper into the muscle. We suggest drinking water after and staying hydrated to flush out any toxins. You may feel lalso lighter and more grounded.

We suggest taking it a relaxed approach to the rest of your day and enjoying the rest of your day.

Stacey's massage space is located in Smithfield 2164.

Claire's massage space is located in Berkeley Vale 2261.
