The Story Behind Restore & Reconnect

Restore & Reconnect was born from a simple but profound belief: when we slow down the body and quiet the mind, we create the space to reconnect with ourselves.

For over 12 years, my journey has taken me through Massage, Energy Medicine, Holistic Counselling, Meditation Teaching and my own personal healing.

Along the way, I experienced periods of depression, loss, self-discovery and transformation. While there were seasons where I stepped away from this work, it always found its way back to me. Each return bringing a deeper understanding of the body, the mind, our emotions and the wisdom that lives within us.

As I worked with clients, I became fascinated by the body's incredible ability to communicate. I witnessed how physical tension often reflected emotional experiences, and how creating the right environment allowed people to reconnect with themselves in ways that reached far beyond massage alone.

That same understanding eventually led me to create Restore & Reconnect Magnesium Oil. After years of using magnesium both personally and professionally, it became clear that it was more than just a mineral. It was another way to support the body's natural ability to soften, restore and heal.

Today, Restore & Reconnect is more than a magnesium brand. It's an extension of everything I've learnt and continue to embody. Healing isn't about becoming someone new, but remembering who we are beneath the stress, tension and noise of everyday life.

Everything I create, whether it's a bottle of magnesium, an intuitive bodywork session or a restorative experience, is offered with the intention of helping you restore, reconnect and come home to yourself.
