How to Use
Roll directly onto the affected area and massage in gently. For headaches, apply to temples and the base of the skull. For kids' sleep, roll onto the soles of feet or wrists before bed. For cramps, apply directly to the muscle. For TMJ, apply around the jaw. For joints, roll onto the affected area. Reapply as needed.
Tip: A mild tingling sensation is normal and indicates absorption. For children or sensitive skin, dilute with a little coconut oil before applying. Rinse off after 20–30 minutes if needed.
