I have had trouble sleeping for decades and on the first night I decided to be brave and halved my sleeping medication - I was stunned to wake up the next morning having fallen into a deep sleep - and even better - the sleep was restorative!! I was blown away when I applied the magnesium oil one evening to my very painful and inflamed knuckles due to arthritis. By the morning, all of the inflammation and pain was gone! Wow! Previous use of anti-inflammatory creams had not helped, so I was not expecting too much of this oil.
A few weeks later, I twisted my knee which quickly became swollen and painful, making it difficult to bend my leg and walk. I applied the magnesium oil, massaging it into my knee. When I got up the next morning I was, again, amazed that all the swelling and pain was gone, with no sign of any injury since!
Applying it to the soles of my feet at night helps me to sleep too.
This magnesium oil feels so lovely. It's not oily or greasy, goes on smoothly and quickly absorbs into the skin. It's a miracle in a bottle which I highly recommend and could not be without!

I’ve been using this magnesium oil for a few weeks now and i love it! I use it after working out and at night on my sore feet. I'm surprised how quickly it rubs in to the skin and doesn't leave that greasiness feeling like others I've used. I've also noticed my sleep is SO much better.

I absolutely love this magnesium oil! It's the best I've ever tried! I use it on my neck to ease tension and headaches, and a few sprays on my feet at night help me drift into a deep, restful sleep. I've completely replaced Panadol and deep heat with this! It's now a go-to in my daily routine.

I was actually using another product before finding this. The comparison is that it is more like an oil than liquid base so it is so much easier to rub in. It definitely absorbs faster. I was never a great sleeper but now that I use magnesium oil every night I sleep through the whole night and feel more refreshed when I wake up. It has also helped lower my cortisol levels.
